I am so over hearing about these poor people, they are so hard done by. This government needs to grow a back bone and show these “illegal” immigrants whose in charge. They have come to this country on the pretense of fearing for their lives and famon and yet there willing to burn down and disrespect the country that they illegally entered and we are suppose to feel sorry for people that are willing to do this?? They are not in danger in the centers, they have medical care and are fed so now they have got this entitlement because they know they can keep getting away with behaviour like this as no one is ever charged or sent back due to this type of behaviour. Riots in the darwin and Christmas island centers that have happened in the last few years have seen them damage the centers and break out yet none of them were sent back instead there were people making excuses for this behaviour. I will NEVER vote for the greens or julia gillard ever again, they are the first to allow this behaviour with no serious conseqences so what does this teach these people? Put it this way if a Australian citizen was distressed and lost their entire family, home and everything went and burnt down building endangering lives they would be prosecuted and sent to jail. Tony Abbott should have won the election at least he might have had more of a back bone to show them whose incharge of this country because at the moment it looks like these illegal immigrants are spitting in our faces and telling us what they want and if they dont get it when they want things like this happen
They come here legally, actually, and over 90% are granted refugees status, actually, which allows them to go on to become Australian citizens, actually. They would love to stay in their countries, but their families are getting their arms cut off my the militia. That’s why they flee, you see. an most civilised countries are under United Nations laws which compels them to accept refugees, you see. That means you assess them and grant them refugees status. Lots of countries do it. Australia should not lock people up indefinately. It sends them absolutley psycho, as it would you or me.
